The redesigned 2013 Nissan Altima was recently unveiled in China, but under a different name. Presented as the 2013 Nissan Sylphy overseas, the new sedan was shown off at this year's Beijing International Auto Show. The unveiling of the next-generation Nissan Sentra is a pretty big deal, as it's the latest part of a larger plan from the Japanese automaker.
