I asked to speak with the service Manager. The Service Manager, Kathy Smith, answered within seconds and she listened patiently to my situation. She was surprised at the quote I had received from the other dealership and said that it would probably be quite a bit less. She scheduled an appointment that day and the entire job was done ...
